Come to Nowa Huta, the socialist part of Krakow. Visit the modern part of the city, built by communists just after World War II. See the buildings from the 60's and 70's, one of the biggest steelworks in Poland... and beautiful parks. Listen to some funny or ridiculous stories about life in communism. See places of Solidarity demonstrations and protests against the communist government in the 80's.

Visit one of the best examples of modern architecture in Poland - the parish church in Nowa Huta consecrated by John Paul II just before he became the pope.

If you want to know the communist history and see Nowa Huta above all, this trip is made specially for you. You will see how people lived in the communist reality, you will learn many unfulfilled plans of the communist governments and paradoxes of that era. You will visit places where people sang songs for Stalin in the communist times and then fought for independent Poland.

We prepared the longest possible tour in Cracow consisting of 24 places. You can stop wherever you want, you can go out of the car and our driver will take pictures of you for keepsake. You will be able to listen to the audio system specially prepared by the experts dealing with Nowa Huta history.
